Question by MellyMelz: Parents ruined my credit?
At around the age of 18, my mother asked me to open a credit account. I did and when I got the card, I was told that it was to be used by my father for his dump truck and gas. Basically they used up all the $ 3,000 dollars and in the end stopped paying for it. I didn't have a job at the time so I couldn't pay it off. It was not paid off for 4 months and my credit is now poor. I don't think it's my responsibility to pay it off because they
