I have sub-prime, hi-rate mortgage, made payments on time for 1 1/2 years. What will the bail-out do for me?

Question by EMPac99: I have sub-prime, hi-rate mortgage, made payments on time for 1 1/2 years. What will the bail-out do for me?
I hava a credit card garnishing my wages, but by so doing, they are getting paid. I don't blame anyone else for my credit problems, but I want to know if I am going to get some relief, or if I'm going to have to pay my bad debt, and some other bum's as well. Does anyone know?
