Question by : getting name taken off a joint mortgage?
I got a joint mortgage 5 years ago with a guy who is now my ex. We split 3 years ago and i continued to pay my half of the mortgage for 18 months, whilst we were trying to sell the house. Sadly the house didn't sell and is now in negative equity. My ex has lived in the house with his two children and been very unreliable at paying the mortgage on time/at all. He went bankrupt 2 years ago, but the house wasn't taken from us. I am
