Question by Julia J: How difficult is it to get a SECRET clearance?
I have bad credit and I'm currently employed part-time which prevents me from making monthly payments to phone company and credit cards. I'm extremely behind, and most have been sent to a collections agency. Heck, I barely make enough money to put gas in my car. I have no repossessions, foreclosures or past bankruptcies. I do not have a criminal record. I have had about three speeding tickets in my lifetime
