Question by michael: in texas, how bad would it be to return a financed car in order to get another one with better deal?
I still owe my current car and if I trade it the payments for the other car are way high, but if I get a brand new car the deal it's better than my current one because of my current credit. What would happen if I just stopped paying my current car and return it and get the brand new car? Legally- and credit score-wise.
