Question by KAY: Is there any way we can buy at this point?
My husband and I are in a jam. We're expecting our 2nd child together (4 in total) and our apartment lease is expiring in a few months. We've been searching and searching for a new place to live. We got denied to a townhouse(still not sure why) and every rental property we can afford is in a bad location.
My parents are urging us to buy, but I don't think we will get approved for a loan. My husband has bad credit, but we are paying
