Question by scama2008: what does a credit score of zero mean??
I have a credit score of zero i have hospital bills that are not paid for and onetime i was denied to open a checking account at chase they needed permission first from someone then they told me i would be able to open one but pay 10 dollars a month just to have a fucking checking account so i was wondering do i have bad credit?? i tried to open a credit card at capital one but i was denied that as well so i was just wondering
