Question by : Can I get an apt. by paying the entire leasing term upfront.?
I have to do this because I owe back property taxes of $ 4,329.00. They are due by October 22, 2010.
I have bad credit so can't get a loan. I do own my home out right and I do not have a mortgage. I wish there was some way I could just the money to pay those back property taxes. I have to due it by then because the tax sale is is the 27the of October and if I wait till after that then the the one who bought
