Question by Wonderer500: Is it stupid to have a credit card at 18 years old?
I am an 18 year old female and college freshman. In November my mother and I signed myself up for a credit card. Her reasoning for me getting it was so that I can build up my credit so that by the time I want to buy my own car I will be able to because by then I will already have good enough credit... I am very responsible with it and pay more than the minimum payment every month and I am nowhere near the maximum.
