Question by third gen camaro: Can I go to court to resolve purchase contract gone bad (illinois)?
Last may (2011),I saw a motorcycle that my wife loved that was at a local shop for sale by the owner of the shop, and stopped to ask about it. The seller was asking for $ 3000 (kbb is about 2300 but as I said, the wife wanted THAT ONE). We talked for a while and he agreed to take payments over a 6 week (yes week) period, at 600/week, and to keep my competition car stereo and hp touchsmart
