Question by dream crusher: What credit card has the lowest APR for a new user?
My boyfriend and I have no credit, but would like to purchase property in the next few years. I am considering applying for a credit card to establish credit. I want to be absolutely sure that I build good credit rather than bad though, so I am looking for one with a low ongoing APR and no annual fees. I do not care so much about benefits, although gas discounts are nice.
