Question by williewells1224: What can I do about my ex who wrote bad checks from her personal account and deposited our old joint account?
I didn't take my name off because we were still talking at the time and I had money coming in for my tax return and state taxes. I honestly would like to see her put in jail. I gave this woman everything I had in exchange for my property being sent to me and I even said screw it when she claimed to have "accidently" withdraw my state taxes and tax return.
