Question by Bubba P: How should we apply for a mortgage?
I have excellent credit (over 700) and my fiances is bad (500-520).
If I apply for the mortgage alone would we get a better rate and as much money? Or should we do it together? I'm thinking that if I do it alone we wont qualify for as much.
