credit report discrepency?

my mom has had problems with her credit and for some reason it is showing up on my credit report. we both have the same name (first and last) but our middle initial is different. however, after a recent credit check on my name and soc security # shows not just my credit accounts (in good standing) but also other accounts (in bad standing and charged off accounts).
