house foreclosures, car repo, lost job... what to do?

Question by iAMgoD: house foreclosures, car repo, lost job... what to do?
Ok here's my situation.
1- the reason I want to let my house go is that I have to pay more than I get to enjoy the house, like I owe $ 300K but it only worth $ 200K now. Plus I have to pay for $ 200 HOA, $ 50 land lease (townhouse), rent out 2 of my rooms, & I stay in a small room. So basically I'm sharing a room but have to pay for $ 1500 difference after the roommates pay for their rents.
