Question by shell: what is the worst that can happen if yuo break a lease with a rental company? I already moved out 45 days ago
The landlord told us he could get it rented by April 1st, but he has not and now he wants the rent. What if I don't pay it. Or is there another legitimate way to break it withour ruining my credit etc? It was a 12 month lease, we lived for five months, and he said as long as someone took it over it was fine, but now no one has and they are
