Getting a partial loan for car, have bad credit, how difficult is it?

Question by casey: Getting a partial loan for car, have bad credit, how difficult is it?
Buying a new $ 30k car. Only have $ 29k cash. I have a bankruptcy that was paid off about 3 years ago so I have bad credit/low credit score. I only need a couple/three thousand to pay for the car and taxes and such. Do you think a bank might finance such a small amount on a expensive new car and give me a decent interest rate even with the bad credit?
I do not buy used cars. I do not even like to buy
