Question by : Can I sue a company for damaging my credit?
I leased a car about a six months ago, but the day we got it home the engine sign came one, the tank was empty but I could not pump gas, in simple terms it had many problems. I took it back to the company and told them I would not lease a car that was messed up. They offered to fix it for free I had to wait 5 hours at there mechanic 40 miles away from home, after which I took it home and it had the same problems. The company itself is
