Car trade in with bad credit question?

Question by Due May 17, 2009!: Car trade in with bad credit question?
I want to trade in my car but I have bad credit. Can I have my husband trade in my car and get a new car for me financed in his name? Since the old car is being paid off why would it matter if it's in my name as long as I give consent?
