Accounts Opened in My Name!!?

Im 17 and just started a job. I tried opening a checking account to put my money in and get a debit card. The bank could not open the account due to chexsystems. They said to call and get my chexsystems report and also my credit report to check for accounts in my name. After getting these, there are credit cards in my name, collection accounts, cellphone accounts, and bank accounts in my name. I dont know what I need to do to get these off
