Question by ABC: verizon intent has overcharged me, what can I do to have them credit me back?
Basically, I'm supposed to be charged 26.99 a month, however, they charged me 84.24 and when I called, the person acknowledged the error and said that they will put a "high priority tag" on my bill so it can be credited back to my checking account, however, he said it takes 30 days!
