Question by Sherry B: Question about credit scores?
Hi! We are shopping around for the best deal on a home mortgage and were wondering if we have 4-5 different companies doing inquiries if that is going to hurt us? I have heard conflicting answers, some saying each time your report is pulled it hurts your score a little bit, and then others have said that if it is all the same type of inquiry (home loan, auto loan, etc.) that each one doesn't affect the score.
