Question by : What could he do in this case? will he go to prison? (failing to pay taxes?)?
ok so heres the story of a friend who fears for the worse.
He owned a company(having to do with loans and real estate) and had a lot of money up to $ 150k in the bank. With that money he opened up a bar/restaraunt and quit his current job.
He of course believed he would be successful with his new restaruant.
He now owes to the IRS over $ 200k +
because of the economy, and other factors his once
