Question by bearfootfred: how do i receive a credit for an acct who's company was bought-out?
when i moved last year it left a credit balance on my electic account with entergy solutions. they attempted to mail me a check once but to a bad address. supposedly that check was cancelled and a new one was to be issued to the correct address. a lot happened last year and i forgot about the check. now i'm trying to get that money only to find out tha the company was sold to direct energy and they
