Question by dizondr: shouldn't we reward the good paying customers, not the bad ones?
the government wants banks to give the customers who can't pay their bills a break on their mortgage payments. what incentive does one who actually pays on time have to continue to pay on time when someone down the street who cant manage their bills is getting a break??? keep their credit rating?? that's useless these days now that even people with excellent credit can't even get loans. so why don't i
