Question by indiechick: How does a rent to own home situation work?
I'm not considering doing this, but there was a question a couple days ago about a rent to own house and the woman was asking how much of a down payment she should put down. I was thinking that a rent to own thing was where you rent a house with an agreement that you might buy it and if you decide not to, the money you paid was just rent and you lost it, but if you bought it some of the money you paid would go
