Question by baidle: Worst possible mortgage rate?
Trying to figure out how much home I could afford. Assuming I could even get financing with REALLY bad credit, what is the highest interest rate in existence? Thanks! :0)

Answer by asnwering_machinewell highest rates as such dont have any limit. i heard some of banks like citibanks were offering loans at 40% int. rates to likely defaulters. but in a genuine case... it could be around 8-10%.
