Question by : What happens once your Bankruptcy is discharged?
Someone was married and quick claim the house over after the divorce. The only thing was both parties still on the mortgage since the one had bad credit rating. The one who kept the house filed bankruptcy 7 do to not able to keep up the mortgage. The bankruptcy 7 was discharged (inactive after 50 day). What happens to the foreclosure filed by the bank? Do all parties get effected by the one party for filing
