I am in a bit of a situation, got an email from my mother today saying she has to go to court for a debt I created.

I am 28 & have a new life now & an 8 month old baby & I live by the book. I live in the Netherlands. This was a strange time in my life, explained below... it happened in the USA when I was 24/25.
