Question by nene: I cannot open a checking account due to a realtive using my name?
A trust fund was set up for a terminally ill cousin and his parents used my name when I was to be removed from the account because it was set up in their absence. I have moved from where I was banking and unable to obtain a checking account and they new bank now makes me deposit half of my pay and holds it for 10 days. I am in the process of fighting the bank reagrding misuse of my name but however
