Question by Gabriel D: Can I qualify for a possible future Bankruptcy?
I live in Miami Florida. THIS IS WORST CASE SCENARIO..I just need some professional feedback...Currently, I have a property that I am going to refinance to pull out money and fix up my house (spend all the money) to see if it hopefully sells in this failing market. If it doesn't then I will try to rent, but I have a feeling that I won't be able to pay that new mortgage even with a tenant. I owe about $ 30
