? You would have essentially the same engine block, just eliminating the fuel intake. Thus, removing the entire need for such an expensive natural resource.

When I was 16 (2 yrs ago) I had a checking account and used it to write a lot of bad checks (I was planning on killing myself at the time and screwing the bank) and I was just wondering how I would go about figuring out who i owe money to and how much. I really need to figure this out as I would like to fix my credit so I'm not dependent on my family for the rest of my life.

My family and I have had so many problems as of late, including a student loan that has JUST defaulted. We just couldn't make even the smallest of payments, not just to them but to anybody. We have terrible credit and other creditors are hounding us as it is. For a 5,000 dollar loan the APR is 116.73% with 84 monthly payments of $ 488.68. I am in foreclosure status. I called my mortgage company and they don't seem as if they want to help. I really need a remortgage, a lower rate FRM, so that I can afford to stay. Unfortunately, my credit is bad so I am unable to get a refinance loan with a bank. I have been told that an attorney will just be a waste of money and only delay the foreclosure.

I have bad credit and I would need someone to buy the vehicle for me. Can they buy it and sell it back to me without the dealer/bank stopping them or breaking any laws?
