Question by questions: Will it be hard for us to get approved for a loan?
(Lengthy, sorry!)Me and my husband have finally decided to purchase a home that we both love. Only thing is we are first time home owners and have a "situation".

I have low credit(I think?). I recently got my 1st credit card back in December and I've never missed a payment. I have zero debt and I've never even had student loans or a car loan. No loans at all. I've always paid cash for stuff so I guess that sucks since
