Question by AF1 Pizza: Why do the Banks expect a bailout for their own bad investments; but do not want to pass it on to US Citizens?
So far all they are suggesting is to not pay your bills. So we can raise the rate on your line of credit through Universal Default

They wrote a 3 month clause into mortgages so if you miss 3 payments the interest rate can be raised to the Maximum
