Question by : Will I get approved for a Mortgage, and if not what do I need to do.My boyfriend has the better score over 700?
I am currently applying for a mortgage. I know I have a few issues. I make 55k per year and my boyfriend makes 57K per year. I am the one with the bad score and credit card debt. My score is 630 and my debt is about 15K. I also have student loans but the interest rate is less then 1%. Is there any chance we are going to get aprroved?
