Hello, my monthly home loan is really high it is $ 5000 almost. I can't refinance or do anything because the prices have fallen. I have poor credit, can you please tell me how I can get a loan, if I apply I won;t get accepted because of my credit being bad. What other options do I have or what loans can I get.
