Question by Undead: need help !! want to buy apartment i'm currently renting but have bad credit .. what to do?
I currently earn 85k+ dollars a year and have bad credit which currently is at around 5k and should be paid off by July, my landlord wants to start showing the apt in April if i don't show an interest in buying it by the last week of march . With a horrible credit score and receipts showing the agencies have been paid off, more or less what's the lowest interest rate
