Question by Lost&Found: Need help with bad credit?
My mom bought a house about 3 years ago. Well its a peice of junk that we were suckered into buying thinking it was a good house. Back in November they raised the house payments like $ 100 & didn't tell us until Feburary. So now we owe $ 1400 & we don't have the money to pay it off & we can't afford the monthly payment.
We found another house that is only $ 30,000. It's a repo & we can afford the payments & have it payed off in 5-10
