Question by P/T Doctor: How do u get a bad room mate off a lease?
My 20 yo daughter and another girl (I will call Jane) rented an apartment together with both of them signing the lease for 1 year. Jane quit her job with in two weeks and has left my daughter holding the bag. This has been going on now for two months. They have got to the point that they will not speak. My Daughter has borrowed money to keep from being evicted to pay the rent which of coarse will go on to her
