Question by Derek D: Building credit questions?
I'm 27 and have always had bad credit and not cared about it. I'm ready to get a house and have found that it's impossible with my current credit. I've bought my credit reports and am working on paying off old debt. My current debts:
1- $ 29 medical (recently paid off)
2- $ 130 utility bill
3- $ 240 medical
4- $ 1074 broken lease on apartment
On the positive side, I've got a car loan that I paid off, another car loan that I'm about half
