She got sick unexpectedly, and now she is unable to work, therefore she can't pay for the car. Now she has still 8k plus to pay on it. She doesn't want her credit bad, but she doesn't know what to do about it either. Her auto loan specifically states that she can not sell the car to someone else with out their explicit permission, and I looked at the auto loan website,
