Question by love~me~or~hate~me: Is it possible to get a home loan with no credit and lower income?
My husband and I are currently trying to get approved for a first time home loan. Got declined once by our local bank. The problem is that we don't have any credit, good or bad, and we're lower income. I know that's a big negative against us but I thought it was worth a shot anyways!
