Question by Amber: Would you file bankruptcy if you were K in debt?
I'm 46 years old. I owe $ 757/month in credit card debt, to five creditors. I'm unemployed now and it is the perfect opportunity to file bankruptcy, when my income is low enough to qualify for it. I'm going to short sell my house because I'm unemployed and I'm moving back in with my dad. I hope to get a job soon. With what I get paid in my career, I'll be able to double up on my credit card monthly payments while
