Question by Sean: 54k, no debt, few bills, can I survive in Manhattan?
I posted this question before but I was not clear.

I just graduated from college and my employer is paying me 42k base+12k expected quarterly bonus. They also pay for my phone, car, parking, and gas.

I have no credit card/student-load debt.

I am trying to determine if I can live in Manhattan, as my boss is trying to have me do.

I notice a ton of listings in Harlem. Is all of Harlem bad? What areas
