Ok, I'm wanting to buy a house after about 6 months-hopefully. I have a little bad credit and I've just gotten my first job. The reason for the bad credit-which is not much but still not good to have on my record-is from a medical bill. I have a heart condition and it flared and I had to go in even though I didn't have insurance. The bill was $ 538 and I just had no way of paying it. It's been delinquent for about a year I
