Question by Lama: Can my roommate sue me?!?
My roommate and I haven't been getting along. She owes me tons of money for me bailing her out for her car insurance, car payments, food, phone bills, vet bills (for her animals), ect. My credit cards are maxed out because of her, and granted I know I shouldn't have let it get this bad, but I thought she was my friend and would be responsible and re-pay me. I moved out to get out of the situation and have had constant contact with the landlord. The
