Question by : How can i legally get rid of a problem roommate?
This is now only my second month living in this apartment with him. We moved in together but only my name is on the lease. Ever since the start, we've had problems. He's a terrible alcoholic, and when he gets drunk, he gets abusive. Myself and my neighbors have had to involve the police on more than one occasion. He's broken many of my possessions, and he has also caused damage to the unit now. There's 3 holes in the guest
