Question by ME: The lender is talking foreclosure and I'm freaking out...?
OK we never had a problem paying our house and we don't right now either, the problem started when my baby was born and I was on non-paid maternity leave for 3 months, we stayed behind on our payment. The bank had agreed to try and work with us, by leaving those 3 months to the end of our loan.
