Question by catluva: would this contract be considered legal?
A person with bad credit wants to borrow 220 dollars for 30 days. In exchange he agrees to repay me 250 and he will give me the following items as collateral
one collection of hardcover books
one slightly damaged laptop
and one digital camera
If he doesn't repay the money in 30 days I get to keep said items as full payment. And if anything happens to the items before he repays I will have no responsibility other then
