Seriously, what is the rationale for this? Let me get this straight, it's bad to apply for a lease, get a job, get car insurance?? It's better to be homeless, unemployed, and uninsured ?
And don't answer with something about having too many credit cards. They can factor that it in just as easily by looking at the accounts you have or have had in the past.
